By accessing and using Coderbuds ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Coderbuds is a software development analytics platform that provides:

• DORA metrics tracking and analysis
• Pull request analytics and AI-powered insights
• Team performance metrics and reporting
• Integration with GitHub and BitBucket repositories
• Deployment tracking and failure analysis

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service

Account Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Ensure your team members comply with these terms
• Notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations or laws
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or any other disruptive technologies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Repository Access

• You control which repositories we can access through OAuth permissions
• We only access repository metadata necessary for providing analytics
• You can revoke repository access at any time through your GitHub/BitBucket settings
• We do not store or analyze your source code content

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coderbuds and are protected by:

• International copyright laws
• Trademark regulations
• Patent protections
• Other intellectual property rights

Service Availability

Service Level

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Service availability may be affected by third-party dependencies (GitHub, BitBucket APIs)

Support

• Support is provided through our chat system and email
• Response times may vary based on your subscription level
• We provide documentation and guides for self-service support

Payment and Subscription

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused features
• Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coderbuds shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control
• Third-party actions or content (including GitHub/BitBucket outages)

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coderbuds from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

Termination

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination does not excuse payment of outstanding fees
• Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
• We may terminate accounts for non-payment
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible
• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Coderbuds is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when:

• Posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date
• Notification is sent to your registered email address
• 30 days have passed since notification (for material changes)
